Can manipulative therapy help me to recover quicker?
Yes. Manipulative therapy is used for joint injuries such as a sprained ankle or a painful back. The hands of the therapist are used to mobilise (gently move) or manipulate (stronger movement) stiff or painful joints.
Whatever the sport and whether injuries be sprains, strains or bruising, a quicker and more thorough recovery will be made if treated
early.
Our therapist will speed up the rate of recovery by reducing swelling and preventing joint stiffness. Early treatment will also help minimise tissue damage and
provide for a quicker return to active sport.
